Y do I get this NAT package send error when I try to connect to the server? I have dial up until tomorrow

I used to get an error after playing for about 30 minutes. I disabled something to fix it. I can't quite remember what it was

Qsomething Packet Scheduler? Somebody that knows more about it may be able to tell you the full name but if I were you I would just wait until you get rid of dial up, it's only one day.

EDIT:

Another idea is, write down the full name of the error and google it. See what it does, what effects it, etc. Also search for it and put CS in there somewhere, like this:

"ERRORblah blah CS"

QOS (quality of service) Packet Scheduler. Useless unless you are on a corporate LAN. NAT is Network Address Translation. You running on a LAN at home, and accessing the Internet via a router?
