Did you open your computer case up and unplug them between restarting?

Did you change your bios?

Does it say anything about you double click the device? (im pretty sure it will give you the reason for the yellow caution symbol)

remove 'em from the device manager and let windows re-detect and auto-install the drivers.

disconnect the cables, restart, and uninstall the drivers, then restart again, then plug them back in.

Not in this case. They show up in his BIOS so they are obviously being recognized. I don't think it would be your motherboard because of the fact they still show up in BIOS. Make sure you unplug them and go into safe mode before you uninstall the drivers, because some of them might not be uninstalled otherwise. I had this same problem at one time and it ended up being a hard drive problem so you might want to get a program to check your hard disk.

My harddrives are brand new and their status is healthy.

I'll try some if this stuff

Edit: I uninstalled unplugged, rebooted, shutdown, plugged back in, rebooted, reinstalled. Still does the same shit.
