ok it's saying:

Updating your computer is almost complete.Your computer needs to to be restarted for the updates to take effect. Windows will restart your computer automatically in [so and so] minutes.

well for one thing ur running alot of processes, and u can turn off automatic updates in the control panel

nothing to worry about just a pain everytime windows updates u have to restart for the update to take affect my suggestion would be just to restart cuase it will just annoy u every 5 mins or so with it.

I w0uld just turn it off the automatic updates since they are sometimes pointless to have
