 annoying error haxoring my pc
Hey, last night i was playing CZ and at one point it closed and an error box popped up saying something about "4039 (i dunno the numbers) Cache not allowed", or maybe allocated...sorry to not remember. Anyways, I got back on this morning, and after playing for about 45 minutes, it started freezing for 5 seconds or so at a time, and where there is usually the "connection problem" error in red letters, there was:
CL_flush_entity_packet
or something very close to that. Anyways, I don't know what to do, or if its even related to the error last night, or anything.
Please help!

The error could have possibly been somthing random. Are you on a multiple PC network? If so that would explain your packets if the owners are downloading Music, Movies, Programs etc., or maybe there really is a Virus Haxoring your PC.

sounds like the same prob i have sometimes with the locking up. lately instead of locking up a few secs it just locks up completly with a connection error. but i have had that flush error before to.

I'm on a wireless home network with a laptop and another pc, that's about it...anyways I'm going to run a virus scan, but i doubt that's actually it because i havn't been downloading anything or even browsing. Just playing cz. I'll try again and see if it happens, maybe you're right about it being a random one time thing.
Thanks

cl_flushentitiy packet means that you're connection has been interrupted... i recommend you get off the wireless for gaming and go to wired. It's more stable and lower latency... both good for gaming.

yes i had a problem where i lagged every minute for about 2-3 seconds it was extreamly annoying untill i read some where that if you turn wireless zero off (if you are connected wireless) the lag goes away so to get to wireless zero you go start -> controle panel -> Performance and maintenance -> Admin tools -> Services...then scrole down till you see wireless zero and turn it off and hopefully that will fix it!
