Post Quick question.
I was just wondering if it's normal to only have 1.85 GB of RAM available when you have 4GB installed.

Yes, it is quite normal depending on the background processes that you have running. The available Physical memory is how much RAM is currently not used by any programs (and the OS).

What I recommend is to shut down your computer, turn it on, and after Windows is fully loaded, check the available memory. At this point it should be around 3 GB (or a bit less). If not, it's time to remove some items from windows startup, and do a full maintenance package (run CCleaner, Cleanup and Malwarebytes).
