Everytime I try and play any of my games except Angry Birds, the game will run for a minute and then suddenly crash. The screen goes all green and pink pixelated and the sound skips till I reset the computer. I think my vid card is toast, what do you guys think?

Try updating your vid drivers first

Also I don't know if Angry Birds for PC is a full on app or just a Flash application so if you see that's it's flash try updating flash as well.

Most likely you've tried this so I would troubleshoot further before you come to this conclusion cause if it runs CSS and not angrybirds it has to be someting else.

First thing I did was the drivers and then I tried all the games at low settings and crash. My buddy said to try and clean out the case in which I just did and I am about to try and see if everything crashes when i play CSS. Got to kill Boom the last time on and then boom went my system. Ya, i don't know why Angry Birds is not effected.

If it crashes when you start any game then it sounds like overheating issue.

Personally I think you should leave it the way it is. :D

Ya, it's fucked up! Yesterday before bed time I played BC2 for like an hour and no crash and then CSS for another hour and no crash. I have been running a program to check temperatures and the card sits around 68C while just web surfing and then spikes to 80C when gaming. I think the thorough cleaning I gave the card got the fan to work better, so I amhoping the crashing problem is done.

Wowza 80C is hot as F*CK but if it doesnt crash then alright. I'd make sure you stay under 90C tho cuz thats the temperature point where you are going to have silicon degradation and that will perm F*CK your gpu up lol
