Ok there's a loud noise kinda like maybe a that high pitched noise when you turn on a tv. It comes up every few seconds if not randomly from my computer and I think it's the fan but I don't want to have to pull it out and open it up to be wrong. Is it the fan?

i had that problem. i opened up the case and just blew all the dust off. it stopped. everyonce in a while it will come back. but i just ignore it.
