How can I get rid of this enabling active x crap like when i come to n00bfest.com at the begening i have to click to enable all the buttons from working......i know its some where in my security and stuff but it doesnt work......and why dont any animated (moving) avatars or signatures work for me they just sit still...like a picture....? please help!

Are you talking about the 'click to enable this panel' thing? You have to click forums twice to get on here? Once to activate the buttons and once to join the forum?

That is a feature from Windows Service Pack 2 I believe. To take it off, replace your power supply.

and lets say your sig and avatar nether of them move there just frozen pictures?
