This is indeed a packet loss issue related to your connection. I had this issue for a long time.

Check your speed connection and if not good enough try talking to them.

I does not matter if was stated 3,4,5...1000 times as long as people stick with the main idea of this thread and try to help which was my case.

In the other hand try to ask yourself what can possibly your post be used for????? Only to RAG on people??? Are you sure there is nothing better for you to do with your time. Think about it... get a life... otherwise you'll continue to be a waste of oxygen.
